Being distance learner you may have query and grievance. University has many channels to address the grievance of leaner for swift resolution and help the Learner.
Before raising Grievance, learner must understand the structure of ORGANISATION it will help you to understand WHOM TO APPROACH AND WHEN. University has below structure.
Study Center , Regional Center and HQ has different areas of operation. Student must understand the nature of grievance and then approach to the right authority. If the grievance is unattended then student may escalate the issue to higher authority at RC or HQ.

IGNOU has designed Grievance Redress systems that is called iGRAM. Leaner can register their complaint on this portal. Click Here to go to Grievance Portal. Apart from this, Leaner can write an Email to the Concerned Regional Centre or SED, SRD, MPDD, or SSC at HQ based on the nature of Grievance.
