Submission of assignment at wrong place will lead to rejection or non-declaration of assignment marks. it should be submitted to correct place depending on your programme type i.e ODL / OL Programme.
Submission method for ODL Students
OLD Student will have to submit assignment at study centre (Click here to know your IGNOU study center) before last date. You can submit IGNOU assignment in two ways.
- By visiting to your study center in person and take submission receipt.
- By post to your study center. It should be addressed to "The Coordinator". In this case keep speed post tracking number safely for future reference.
Submission method for OL (Online) Students
- All IGNOU online mode (OL) learner need to upload handwritten scanned copy (PDF) of assignment on LMS Portal. student can access their LMS dashboard using User ID and Password given to them.

After wring assignment attach filled in Front Page Format on each of your assignment. Tie all the pages nicely to avoid any paper misplacement during evaluation at IGNOU Study center. Before submitting assignment make sure cover page should have below mentioned details. Your correct
- Enrollment Number.
- Programme Code,
- Course Code/ Title,
- Name of student,
- Study Centre Code,
- Regional Center code and your Address.
- Assignment to be submitted before the last date.
Note:
- Each assignment should be kept in separate file for better handling at study center to avoid misplace / lost of assignment.
- After submission ask for Acknowledgment for the same.
