IGNOU Datesheet is called the time table schedule for the Term End Examination. It contains the course code and session wise date and time of examination. This datesheet helps the learner who are in service to plan their leaves for appearing exam.

Final Date sheet for December 2025 exam was released on 27 November 2025. Download IGNOU EXAM FINAL DATESHEET TEE DECEMBER 2025 -  ISSUED ON 27 NOVEMBER 2025. The exam is set to start from 1 December 2025.

IGNOU Exam Hall Ticket / Admit Card Download - December 2025

The Hall ticket can be considered as ADMIT Card for the Exam. It contains the ENROLLMENT NUMBER, NAME , ADDRESS,, Address of Exam Center, Exam Center Code and Name of course code opted and  date and Session of exam. Once the hall ticket is generated for a student, it confirms the candidature for the exam. No physical admit cards will be sent to any candidate. Candidates are required to download and print their admit cards from the website.

Hall ticket for December 2025 was released on Samarth portal and can downloaded in few clicks. To download Hall Ticket student need to Login on Samarth portal -> Click on Hall ticket  -> PDF hall ticket will be generated. After downloading the hall ticket student should carry printed Hall Ticket during exam days.

Note : - The IGNOU Exam Centers have been instructed to allow students to appear in the examination even if they do not possess the Hall Ticket, but their names exist in the list of examinees available at exam center.

Non inclusion of Course code in IGNOU EXAM HALL TICKET December 2025

IGNOU has migrated exam database to SMARTH Portal from June 2025 exam. Since this is latest development and hence lots of exam student are facing the missing of course code in exam hall ticket. In spite of paying the exam fee, course codes are missing the hall ticket . For such issues student need to send email to preexam@ignou.ac.in , registrarsed@ignou.ac.in with all the detail in the email. Student need to attach the acknowledgment of submission of Deecmber2025 exam form and payment details.

To download December 2025 hall ticket ensure that you have filled exam form online. This hall ticket is applicable for both ODL and OL mode learners. Once the exam form submission date is over, IGNOU Process all the registered examine data and generates hall ticket for students.

Non availability of seats at Exam Center - December 2025

While selecting the examination center, students are unable to get seats for few papers. It is noticed that while filling the Term-End Examination (TEE) form December 2025, students are unable to find available seats for one or more subjects in any of the listed exam centers. The portal shows “No seats available” for these subjects, and therefore students are unable to complete exam registration.

In such case student is required to send email to preexam@ignou.ac.in , registrarsed@ignou.ac.in with all the detail in the email with screenshot (if available).

Connection in IGNOU Hall ticket, Exam form and assignment submission.

IGNOU Hall ticket is generated only for those students who submits exam form. Submission of assignment is mandatory before filling the exam form. Exam form last date is always greater than Assignment submission Last date.

Instruction on IGNOU HALL TICKET

1. Every day, the Examination will be held in two sessions, i.e. Morning Session from 10 AM to 1 PM and Evening Session from 2 PM to 5 PM. However, the actual duration of each exam will be mentioned on the Question Paper. 

2. Hall Tickets of the eligible students will be available on the University website soon. Students are advised to visit the University website regularly and download their Hall Ticket and follow the instructions printed on the Hall Ticket. 

3. Students may note that there can be a possibility of last minute change of examination Centre due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a condition, the University will take appropriate remedial measures. The affected students are advised to be in touch with their respective Regional Centre.

4. Answer to the question paper will only be accepted in the language(s) in which the programme is offered. Answer script attempted in any other language will not be evaluated and cancelled without any information. However, students have an option to attempt the examination of the course(s) in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same in English medium (except for language programmes). 

5. Candidate should reach at the exam centre on the reporting time mentioned in the Admit card. 

Learn to search course in IGNOU Date Sheet

If you want to find your date sheet for any subjects then you have to download the above common date sheet. You don’t need to download different date sheet for different courses because IGNOU has added entire courses in one sheet which makes it easier for students. You just need to find out your subjects in the PDF and prepare the list of courses with the final dates and timing. To search you can use CTLR + F in using laptop / desktop or you can search with option available in mobile.

Read the instructions carefully mentioned in the IGNOU official date sheet. Do not think to skip any point in any circumstances.
The examination will be conducted twice in a day with two shifts; Morning & Evening so note down the session and date carefully. 

Clash of IGNOU Exam with Other Courses?

If your Term End Examination is clashing on the same day with your CA, CAT, or other professional degree courses then you must wait for the next date sheet update from IGNOU Authority. Students are advised to raise a request at IGRAM.ignou.ac.in or mail at registrarsed@ignou.ac.in so that the IGNOU authority can consider your request at the time of updating the Date Sheet. Hopefully such issues will be resolved positively.
