Missed to submit IGNOU Assignment or gap in study ?
Since most of IGNOU learners are adult and in-service, hence it is quite often possible that learners miss or skip academic activity because of their Job commitment, family responsibilities etc. This causes a delay or gap in assignment submission or in any academic activity. Along with assignment it may include gap in Re-Registration (RR), Exam form etc. Many student has no idea how to come back to the main stream of study after a gap.

Here is the solution ♦
Any learner who missed to submit the assignment in due time and come back to study after a gap of six months or year(s). In such case student need to write the Fresh / Current Assignments available on the website and not of the year in which they took admission or Re-registration.
Explained with Example: Any student who joined in Jan 2024 Session and could not submit assignment in September for TEE DEC 2024 session for some reason and wants to resume his academic activity after a gap of 2 years let us say January 2026.
In such scenario if learner wants to submit the assignment of his First year papers then Learner should download the fresh Current assignment question paper from the website, write the answers and submit to the study centre before the last date.
